siao rite. cnt rest in between summore 10x2 + 20x2 +30x2 = 120m multiply that by 30 = 3.6km of sprinting in the end me and darrell jogged the first five parts of the drill before sprinting only in the last 30m. still sweated like crazy. but nvm, trng is ALWAYS GOOD =DD lol
